Easy Returns Policy

1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. The product must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and price tag included.
3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@foreverbaby.in
4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
5. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise requested. (For orders through COD, credits will be added to your account.)
6. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
7. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.

How to Initiate a Return?
